Unexpected early check-in delight
I was thrilled when I arrived at 7 am and my room was already ready. The breakfast spread was a feast, and the staff were incredibly warm and accommodating.
However, the cleanliness left something to be desired. The mini bar fridge was dirty, and I found used glasses were not replaced during my stay, which was disappointing.

Strategic urban location, enjoyable swimming pool, relaxing spa services
Room cleanliness left much to be desired, and the noise from nearby nightclubs ruined the quiet atmosphere!!! Management should address maintenance issues and provide adequate response to guest complaints!!!

Great for families looking for comfort
I loved how the staff, especially Guzel, went above and beyond to help us when my kid was sick. They delivered special food to our room which was really thoughtful and made us feel cared for.
It wasn't exactly cheap but honestly worth it for the service and comfort we received.

Staying here with my whole family was an incredible treat! The room was beautifully set up with a pleasant aroma of spices, really making us feel at home. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the attentive staff ensured we always had everything we needed.
My children wanted more kid-friendly activities available.

missingWrote a review on Aug 01attentive staffroom changeresolution of issuesmaintenance issuesreservation problems
The stay was marred by some issues with our reservation, as we were placed in a smoking room instead of a non-smoking one that we had explicitly booked. After three days, we did finally get moved to the correct room, but the initial discomfort was frustrating. The bathroom also had some maintenance issues, like a shower door that didn’t close properly. Overall, the experience didn’t meet the expectations set by the hotel’s star rating. The positive aspect was the attentive staff once our concerns were addressed, which helped alleviate some of the frustration.

This was just a smart choice for a quick stopover in Istanbul with great value for the money. The sauna and hammam were a nice touch after a long day exploring. Make sure to check the breakfast options early to avoid the crowd.

Oh, the breakfast spread was a dream! Freshly baked sweet rolls and a variety of delightful dishes made mornings feel like a feast. Plus, the staff's warm smiles made every meal feel like a celebration! Don't forget to check out the nearby Zubeyir Ocakbasi for a killer kebab experience right around the corner.
But hold on a second—those swimming pool cap fees were a bummer. And I couldn’t get the steam room sorted out, despite my repeated pleas for help, which put a slight damper on things. Still, a little hiccup can’t overshadow the vibrant vibes of Istanbul!

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited the stunning Hagia Sophia and explored the lively Grand Bazaar. The breakfast was really good, and we loved the location, close to everything we wanted to see. Just a heads up, the hallway can have a bit of a smoky smell, so be prepared for that.
One night we had a weird experience when someone opened our room door even though the 'Do Not Disturb' sign was on. It was a bit unsettling since we didn’t feel like our privacy was fully respected.
